If you love the great outdoors, you’ll love Muskoseepi Park (the name is the Cree word for Bear Creek.) This lovely 1,100-acre park features miniature golf, tennis, lawn bowling, swimming, a skate park and more, not far from your Grande Prairie Hotel.
Muskoseepi Park is also home to Grande Prairie Museum and Heritage Village, where more stories about our history await you. Here, you’ll find the South Peace Regional Archives, where photos and other artifacts trace our community’s development from the first settlers to the discovery of oil and gas deposits.
