London – riotous and incomprehensible but an incredible place to reside in or explore and using a publication such as Time Out to aid one out and help you find the greatest parts, what else could folk ask for?

London is abounding with the best of everything – you will discover excellent bars, awesome clubs and places to eat that’ll keep you returning for more every time. London is far and wide recognised as one of the “gay” focus points in the world and is the base for the largest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GBLT) body in Europe.

Owing to the perennial ‘Soho Pride’, ‘Pride London’ and the London Gay and Lesbian Film Festival – and seemingly several of the most mind-blowing gay club nights you will find anywhere – there’s a place to entertain you year round.

A lot of the best bars in the middle of The city can be found in the famous gay location of Soho. Soho is cool because everything is within walking distance, it’s awake all night and you’ll constantly get bars open to keep you occupied till the early hours of the morning. ‘Profile’, a nice little bar just off Old Compton Street (London’s ‘Gay’ street), is famous for its great cocktails and ambiance. You’ve got ‘Friendly Society’ which is as friendly as the name alludes to, the drinks are slightly on the expensive side but it is sure to be a marvellous night out - there is a sensational crowd and the DJ’s are just great.

Other acclaimed bars are Green Carnation, Bar Code, Freedom, The Edge, G-A-Y Bar, Village, Ku Bar, Candy Bar, The Yard and the more traditional Compton’s and Admiral Duncan, to mention just a few.

Some of the choicest nights are likewise the most recognised ones. People can’t possibly enjoy their night out in London if they’re visiting without stopping by G-A-Y, often described as the archetypal camp Mecca. Fabulous melodies, amazing individuals and cheap tipples, - one hotspot for every gay in the city to investigate! You also have Heaven, which is situated right off the Strand. Heaven is a little more costly but has an awesome ambiance and has enough areas to cater to every fancy in melodies.

Further nights include Soho Revue Bar & Shadow Lounge. The future arena for more resolute revellers is a tiny bit further away in Vauxhall. Several magnificent night loving / after hours venues & bars include Area, Crash, Barcode Vauxhall and Fire as well as special nights at Club Coliseum and the celebrated Vauxhall Tavern.
