It seems that in life there are so many things that can prevent us from having a really good night sleep. These problems can include stress from a relationship, a newborn baby, moving house and even a condition can restless leg syndrome. Many people who have this problem don’t even have it checked out by a doctor so they’re unwittingly putting up with bad sleep when they don’t need to.
