Any comprehensive food safety program must incorporate employee programs that encourage good manufacturing practices, sanitary equipment design, and continuous improvements to sanitary processes. It doesn’t matter how well food packaging machines are designed, if the employees operating the equipment are not fully trained in food safety, the whole operation at risk
