It really annoys me when I hear the media talking about all gamers like they are complete wastes of spaces who do nothing all day. What they don’t seem to realise is that we’re just as capable of helping out the world as anyone else. Personally, I think gaming events are pretty cool as simple fundraising ideas and so easy to set up. Heck, you can hold them practically anywhere, even round a friends house. They only take minimal effort and its a good fun night to raise some money for charity! Does anyone else have opinions on this?
