In the stock market, there is always a bull market somewhere. An example can be taken from our current market situation. At this point in time, the best 3 month performer is basic materials. Because our economy is starting recover from a long down cycle, we are starting to see more constructions. Any stock 101 guide will tell you that when the economy starts to rise, new constructions begin and that means there is more need for basic materials. So the basic materials market is starting a new bull market.
